1 double room available with no agency

Well maintained shared house two minutes from Torquay town center and five minutes walk to the sea front. The property has a modern kitchen with granite worktops and two large fridge freezers. The house has been decorated with neutral decor and has double glazing throughout, gas central heating and a gas cooker. There is small courtyard/garden to the rear. There are two washer/dryer machines, we clean the communal areas twice a week and provide cleaning equipment bins bags, washing up liquid and toilet rolls etc. The rooms are part furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of draws, all the other house mates are friendly and working. The following bills are included in the rent, water rates, council tax, unlimited broadband, electricity and gas. We require four weeks rent as a deposit and one months rent in advance. Sorry we don't accept couples or pets.

We manage the property ourselves so there are no agency fees and the referencing process is usually very quick.
