Double Bedroom with Garden View

Hi I have a room in Bridgetown 10 mins walk centre Totnes.
The room is a good size on the ground floor and has a large window, overlooking the garden at the back of the house., and is not overlooked.
It has storage space under the stair space within the bedroom. The bathroom is opposite, across the landing.
It's furnished and has a double bed, furniture can be moved in and out as needed. It much less bare now than the pictures show.
There is shared use of the kitchen and living room with a fireplace, and large garden.
I have a garage where it is possible to store a bike etc.
There is free parking on the road if you drive.
I have a cat, and would not be open to anyone with pets.
I would prefer someone who works outside of the house.
I like idea of some shared meals and cooking, balanced with personal space.
