A light-filled, generously sized double room, in a quiet, greenery-filled home in Follaton. The room comes part-furnished with a large built-in wardrobe (behind curtains) and double bed with mattress.

Conveniently located within easy reach of town – just a short cycle, walk, or bus ride away. The neighbourhood offers a welcoming local community with a friendly village store (open daily) and a nearby village hall hosting regular events.

You’ll be sharing my home with just myself and Luna, my calm and affectionate senior cat (please note: no additional cats). Shared areas include a bathroom, a spacious kitchen-diner, and a peaceful backyard (more photos to follow). Free parking is available directly outside the house or nearby on the street.

Please note: The photos show the current room setup, but updates are underway. In-person viewings will be available for suitable potential lodgers. Bills are approx £30 week when split between me.
