2 Light and Spacious Double Rooms in Collapark

Room 1

We're looking for someone easy-going, fairly sociable, in their mid-twenties to mid-thirties that’ll fit in with our house. Ideally who doesn't work from home.

Our household currently consists of me and my partner, but I'm going to be mainly working away for the next year, popping back occasionally. My partner will be around, but will be away from September with the black and white cat. My brother is heading off in August with our dog (a Springer crossed with a King Charles).
There will be another lodger.

We’re pretty relaxed and relatively sociable, but we’re also happy with alone time.
We're a vegetarian household, although we are happy if you want to eat some meat.
Parking is conveniently located a short 5-minute walk away on Plymouth Road.

Large light airy room with good views. Very large cupboard and shelves. Black out blinds, king size bed. clothes rail and other furniture to be tailored to lodger.

Room 2
Lovely light room with view of park. Has a double bed and large shelves. clothes rail and other furniture to be tailored to lodger, with space for a desk.

Kitchen with 6 gas ring hob, double oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Bread maker, food processor, liquidiser, kettle, and toaster.

Lounge, with a sofa, 4k oled tv with surround sound, corner sofa with sofa bed, a fish tank, a wood burning stove, and Sheila Maid.

Dining room, with games cupboard and large table.

Bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin.

Hall with coat rack.

Airing cupboard across the landing.

Garden with lawn, vegetable patch at end, greenhouse, shed, apple tree and a large washing line. Fire pit in front and back garden, and a barbecue.
