Large double room in Victorian house in Jubilee Road, Totnes. Room is furnished with a double bed, armchair, chaise longue, bureau and chair, standard lamp, bedside lamp, mirror, towel rail. Across the hall landing is a large bathroom with shower, bath, sink, towel rail.

I live on the top floor of the house, with my own bathroom. There is a shared living room with open fire, kitchen/dining room and large garden with seating and fire pit with views across Totnes. Garage available to store a bicycle if needed. Non-restricted parking in the street.

No pets please, as I have a domestic short-haired cat.

The house is currently for sale, and had until recently nearly sold but the chain collapsed, so is now back on the market. Therefore, the room is available for at least the next three months and potentially longer, but will depend on the sale of the house. I would of course keep you posted and give plenty of notice to move out as the completion of the sale approached.
