Totnes room to rent - winter let

South facing Bedroom

I’m looking for a lovely person to share my home in Totnes over the winter until end of March.

The room: 3.1m x 3.1m, bright, south-facing and overlooking the garden. Furnished with single bed, chest of drawers and clothes rail.

The house: warm, clean, comfortable and peaceful, with a sociable-but-not-in-your-face vibe. Shared kitchen, bathroom and lounge. Home cinema, OLED TV, log burner, washing machine etc. Plus a generous secluded garden with fire pit and outdoor seating.

Location: around 10 minutes' walk to the Narrows and train station, with lovely walks to Dartington, Follaton, Totnes and the River Dart. Great for commuters to Plymouth, Exeter, Bristol or London.

I’m into nature, yoga, swimming, saunas, exercise and conscious living. I enjoy good conversation and occasional shared meals, but also value space and quiet.

🐕 I have a 30kg dog, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with a large dog. Sorry, no additional pets.

Looking for: a clean, tidy, considerate working professional, ideally out during the day as I work from home. Non-smoker, no drugs, ideally sober/minimal drinker but that's not a deal breaker. Quiet after 10pm. LGBT friendly, shoes-off home. No parties or late-night noise. Sorry, no couples or children.

Parking right outside; residents’ permit available for purchase separately (~£70/year).
