Room - Short Let Bowden House Community

Bowden House Community is situated just outside Totnes on the way to Sharpham. At the centre of the community is the Manor House that houses the shared household and our events and singing space. Application for membership of the community will not be necessary for this short let. Bowden Housing Co-operative is the landlord.
The room to let is for a couple of months - most likely until March to begin with. It is a massive Room with huge floor to ceiling Georgian windows with a connected ante room with a kitchen style sink. The room is very lightly furnished. The heating is currently electric and an open fire but there is a massive boiler central heating system being installed at present - hence builders will need access to the space every now and then during this installation.
