Bright beautiful garden View Room

I have a bright single / small double room available with beautiful country views. The bed can be used as a single or pulled out into a small double, depending on your preference.

Please note: there is a resident cat who loves to say hello and occasionally snuggle at your feet, so this room is best suited for an animal lover.

This is a shared flat with a living area, bathroom, kitchen, and a large garden at the back. I’d like to find someone who will treat this as their home. I do work from home occasionally, so I’m looking for someone who is currently employed.

The rent is reasonable, with bills included, as I’d rather find the right person than just fill the space. The flat has recently been upgraded with faster broadband, a new washing machine, and there’s a shared fridge/freezer. Coffee lovers are in luck—I also have a coffee machine and grinder!

There is ample parking, plus both front and rear gardens.

References and a deposit are required (non-negotiable).
