Beautiful double room with plenty of space available in a modern converted 5 bed barn style property in a family home in Lower Blandford St Mary. Is on the top floor so separate from rest of house (office next door). Shared bathroom but family mostly use my en-suite. Very large garden with vegetable patch, greenhouse, patio with seating. Easy access to trailway for cycling and walks and opposite bus stop X8, hourly buses into Blandford or to Poole. Dedicated carpark space.
Female professional owns home, works mostly from home. Husband is working away. Starlink internet for fast connection. 2 children and 1 gorgeous friendly cat.
Separate living room (children have a playroom).
Shared use of kitchen and dining area.
We are a friendly welcoming Christian family.
Rent includes bills. Female housemate preferred for female household.
No overnight guests due to children in household.
May consider pet(s) - no cats as our cat hates other cats! Would have to be safe with children (would require meeting first).
