This room in this gorgeous apartment is available to rent from October to May. It’s on quiet road overlooking the sea with immediate access to the beach and local amenities.
The apartment is spacious with a shared kitchen/living room area that provides a fridge/freezer, oven and electric gas hob and dishwasher. There is a communal washing machine and dryer opposite the front door that is shared with the other residents of the building.
The room is large with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, desk and ensuite with a toilet and shower.
You will be sharing with one other tenant who is a friendly professional in his mid 30s.
The room is available while I am away. I will return in June.
