Double size room in a quiet shared house of multiple occupancy, 5 minutes from
Boscombe beach.

First floor double size room, with high ceilings and en-suite shower room with toilet and basin, fully or part furnished with a standard size double divan bed, wardrobe, table/chair and chest of drawers. Room size is approximately 14.5 X 9.5 foot. There is a shared kitchen, with personal cupboard and fridge/freezer space, no communal lounge area.

The room is best suitable for a , single professional occupant who is quiet and tidy and who will fit well in a relaxed environment.

It is a non smoking house. There is free parking at the front of the property on a first come first serve basis, alternative free parking locally all year round on roadsides. We have a bike storage area, basic broadband and a communal washing machine, which are all complimentary use, not chargeable within the rent.

The room is £628 per calendar month (£145 per week) no deposit, holding rent may be required. All bills (water, electricity, gas & property taxes) are included within the rent, we do not include tv licence. Long term tenants preferred.

The communal kitchen and hallways will be cleaned once a week as a complementary service.

References and credit checks will be required and a contract signed upon key exchange.
