Double room in Springbourne

Double room with large shower room, separate WC room and kitchen/ dining room to be shared with another female lodger. My accommodation is somewhat separated. My son lives with me at the moment and he is 27
There is garden access during the day. Easy access to beach, town, rail/ coaches and shops.
We’re a quiet but friendly household. Having occasional shared meals, playing cards or having the odd night out. The room is first floor front facing. I occasionally dog sit but the dog would be contained in my areas.
I apologise for lack of photos but it is difficult when someone is in the room.
My lodgers tend to stay long term which is nice.
The best way forward is to view and chat, also to meet my current lodger as it’s important everyone is comfortable.
