Double Room with Large Shower Room & Shared Kitchen/Dining Room

Double room with a large shower room, separate WC and kitchen/dining room, shared with another female lodger (29).

The lodger accommodation including shower room and kitchen is separate from mine, with garden access during the day. There is also a gated side entrance with a bench to safely allow a pet out at other times.

We’re a quiet but friendly household. We enjoy the occasional shared meal, playing cards or the odd night out. There’s also a great live music venue close by!

I’m a young 60-year-old who loves live music, festivals, paddle boarding, hiking and getting away in my camper at weekends.

The room is on the first floor and is front-facing, with easy access to the beach, town, railway station, coaches and local shops.

My lodgers tend to stay long term, which I take as a compliment! 😊

Animals are very welcome here. 🐶🐱 We’re big animal lovers and I occasionally dog-sit, The person moving on has been here for two years with her dog, who regularly pops downstairs to sit with me — especially when her owner is out! 😂

I think it works well because we’re all happy to help out with any pets if you have one and make them part of the household.
