Ideally, I'm looking for someone who is clean, tidy, friendly and down to earth, and who is working/professional.
The current flatmate is clean and tidy, friendly and professional, and occasionally has a very well-behaved, well-trained and loving dog.
This would suit someone looking for a relaxed, comfortable home rather than simply a room to rent. Happy to share the living space and make the flat feel like a home.
