Bright airy double room

This is a spacious bright double room, with desk, drawers wardrobe and single bed. It has been used for international students. It is in a shared maisonette flat with landlady who works part-time. Shared kitchen and bathroom and nice cottage garden. There are two friendly cats in residence. There is free street parking on the road outside and in the immediate vicinity. Close to all amenities including the beach, local shopping centre in Boscombe which has several supermarkets and Primark, lots of independent coffee shops etc. Buses to most parts of the area including to the town centre which takes 10 minutes by bus. There are several local parks close by which have sports facilities like tennis. Beautiful local cliff gardens to walk through to the sea.
Looking for a very quiet housemate either mature student, working, or retired who will have their own busy life and interests, preferably a non smoker. No overnight guests or visitors. Any age or gender however due to my own situation late party/club nights would not work within this home. Bills included except share of the council tax. Wifi included
