I have a lovely, tastefully furnished flat that’s going to be sold next year, so in the meantime I’m looking for one or two friendly lodgers to enjoy it and keep it happily occupied.

🛏️ Double room – and I’m very happy to negotiate the price if two people would like to share.

💷 Affordable rent + bills included – nice and simple, with no nasty surprises.

The flat is comfortable, stylish and homely rather than clinical or “landlord beige” 😄. I’m looking for easy-going people who will enjoy the space and treat it like a home.
