Double room in BH8 available short term

I have short term accommodation available in a double room with a king size bed available in my 4 bedroom house in Throop (just a 5 minute walk from Castlepoint shopping centre).

It's just me and my two lovely cats most of the time but I have adopted 10 yr old twin girls who stay 1-2 days/ a night a week which keeps things lively.

The house has a good size lounge and kitchen which form an L shape which is all open plan. There is a downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom with a bath, separate shower and toilet. There is a good sized garden/ patio at the back through patio doors.

I'm vegan and and ideally looking for a vegan or vegetarian lodger who is okay with cats and occasional kids and who likes to keep a nice, respectful, peaceful home environment. Couples and pets are fine. For couples I'd just charge an extra £50 per month to cover bills.

I'm quite a laid back, open minded and quiet person into running, yoga, meditation and healthy living.

The room is available from late May/ early June.
