The living area is open plan. The room available does not have an en-suite however you’d have almost sole use of the main bathroom (visitors may occasionally use the toilet!). There is no parking on site however there is a car park nearby and you can purchase a permit or there is free street parking a short 5 min walk away.
The flat is in a central location to Bournemouth town centre.
