Hello, I’ve got a really beautiful apartment in Cavendish Place, Meyrick Park, BH1, Its a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, lush with so many trees and flowers. Only 10 min walk to Bournemouth Train Station/Big Asda.

It’s clean, really spacious and has all the mod cons. The apartment is in a really nice safe area and only 20 min walk to Bournemouth Centre and beaches.

It’s a ground floor garden apartment with a private patio and huge gardens. The maintenance takes care of the grounds and windows. If you smoke or vape, there is the patio outside.

All the bills are included in the rent so you don’t have to worry about the rising gas and electric bills, WiFi, everything is taken care of.

I have a really nice bedroom for you. It’s just been decorated, has a fitted wardrobe and a massive chest of drawers. The room also includes a large Samsung smart TV that includes a firestick with Netflix/Amazon Prime.
You also have your own private toilet/washroom opposite to your room.

The cleaner comes every week and will also do your ironing! Life is too short to worry about cleaning and ironing!

I am looking for a female professional who doesn’t work from home. Who enjoys the comforts of a nice home, who just wants to relax after a long day and not have to worry about a thing.
