I'm looking for someone that can take over my tenancy at Oxford Point in Bournemouth. The halls are situated in the centre of the city and are suitable for all local universities and colleges.
It's an Classic En Suite room on the 3rd floor with a small double bed, a big desk, private bathroom with shower and shared kitchen and living space in a flat of 6 rooms.
The room wasn't used in the current study year.
All inclusive rent of 150 per week with a tenancy until 10th of July.
All bills and contents insurance included.
It's a student only dorm, so you have to be a student in order to be eligible.
