It comes as part of a Two Generations Homeshare, in which you will commit to approx. 10 hours per week of help in the home as well as offering your time and caring nature as a Homesharer.

The current homeowner is a very friendly and independent lady, aged 70. She is looking for companionship and the reassurance of an overnight presence in her home, plus someone who can help her with some small household tasks, including preparing and sharing an evening meal together.

The suitable sharer should be a MATURE FEMALE, either working or studying but should have some time available during their week, mainly in the evenings to offer their time and support. They should be kind, caring and enjoy a good chat. This lady owns a very friendly house cat so they must love cats!

The property is a beautiful very well maintained house with a stunning garden. The sharer will have their own large double bedroom with plenty of storage and a private bathroom. There is also an additional room should the sharer be working from home. The sharer will also have access to a large modern kitchen, lounge and dining area. Off street parking is also available.
