The room is in the town centre very close to JD GYM and is available for a lodger. The room available is furnished with small double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and desk. It’s is a top floor flat sharing with one other. Available from May onwards.
Would ideally suit a professional or student lodger. I'm the landlord and very laid back, easy going, tidy, responsible and respectful. I'm looking for someone similar who is clean, tidy and respectful of others space.
All bills are included apart from electricity ⚡️ and household amenities (such as toilet roll) these will be split 50/50 between us.
The security deposit is £400 and is held as a safety. You will receive this back (if there has been no damage) when you decide to move out.
