This two bedroom flat is very close to the town centre and there are also transport routes (train and bus) nearby.
There is a co-op next door so close to convenience store, with Asda also only a short walk away.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers and a bedside table. There is a TV point in the bedroom. Current furniture belongs to current flatmate, so furniture will be different.
The flat has highspeed broadband and access to Netflix and Amazon prime. All bills are included.
There are 2 bathrooms within the property, meaning you won’t be sharing bathroom facilities (not en-suite but bathroom next door to bedroom)
There is no parking available in the car park of the flat, but there is plenty free parking in neighbouring streets.
Im a 28 year old professional, keep a clean and tidy home. I work from home Monday - Friday so the lounge will be unavailable during those times but you would be free to use during evenings and weeks. I enjoy walks with my pup, SUP and socialising but also love a good night in. Ideal flatmate would be someone similar to myself.
There is a dog in the property so must like pups ☺️
