There is a co-op next door so close to convenience store, with Asda also only a short walk away. 15 minute walk to the beach.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers and a bedside table. There is a TV point in the bedroom.
The flat has highspeed broadband and access to Netflix and Amazon prime. All bills are included.
There are 2 bathrooms within the property, meaning you won’t be sharing bathroom facilities (not en-suite but bathroom next door to bedroom)
There is no parking available in the car park of the flat, but there is plenty free parking in neighbouring streets.
I am a live-in landlord, Im a 29 year old professional, keep a clean and tidy home.
I work from home Monday - Friday so the lounge will be unavailable during those times but you would be free to use during evenings and weekends.
I enjoy walks with my pup, SUP and socialising but also love a good night in.
There is a dog in the property so must like pups ☺️
