About the room:

1 double bedroom available (2.5m x 4.3m) in a 3 bed flat in East Cliff. The flat has been completely refurbished with a new bathroom suite and new bedroom suites for each room. Room includes everything you need to feel right at home quickly with a place to work / study in each room along with double beds, bedside tables, wardrobes. The rooms have been styled to be cosy, functional and super comfortable and as the apartment is being renovated right now reasonable requests for room items can be considered.

About the flatshare:

So the flat is in a cracking location, really close to the beach (8mins walk), Bournemouth train station (10mins walk), Big ASDA (10mins walk), University campuses (Town campus 5mins walk / Wallisdown campus 10mins bus ride), Bournemouth town centre (10mins walk). There is ample parking either on street (no permits or tickets required) or at the back of the property. All the usual whistles and bells in the living room (Sky, wireless broadband, Netflix). The kitchen features a breakfast bar, access to the garden and a huge American style fridge freezer, Whirlpool dishwasher, Samsung washing machine and SMEG cooker/oven. Finally the property has a brand new bathroom suite which has a bath and overhead rainfall shower. All bills included (inc. wifi and cleaner)

About you:

Ideally looking for a nice balance of folk and a sense of community in the flat. People can be as chilled/private or as involved as they like so long as everyone is nice to each other and respects each other’s space and sense of peace. Just looking to create a nice place for people to live and co-exist together and if we have a few good times along the way then great! The flat would really suit a young professional or post grad student, although I’m happy to consider anyone who is down with the above to be honest.

Would also suit short term lets over the summer ☀️🌊🏖️
