Single Room

Note that this is a room in a 2bed flat where I live myself and this would be let on lodger agreement. Short term welcomed. 5 min walk away from rail station, few minutes more to Lansdowne. 10 min walk to the seafront.

Small single room (aprox 2m x 3.5m) in a decent and immaculate flat. Although the room is small and with a sloped wall, it's very well compacted, with plenty of storage, including:

- single bed with drawers,
- large desk with chair
- drawer units
- box storage unit
- 2 long floating shelfs
- mirror
- 32 inch TV with streaming services (currently with Netflix subscription)

Room is very bright as it has got a velux like window (comes with dark blinds) facing tennis courts and park. Additionally you will get a shared wardrobe room just by the entrance to the room.

Shared living room with semi open kitchen:
- bright and spacious
- 55 ambilight smart tv
- recliner sofa
- 2 rocking chairs
- plenty of plants

Shared Bathroom:
- bath with shower (high pressure)
- large sink
- mirror over the sink

Shared Kitchen:
- washing machine with dryer
- fridge freezer
- dishwasher
- induction hob and oven
- all sorts of utilities

All bills included with Internet.

Summarising this is my home where everything is provided. Very tidy so looking for someone who is clean as well. At the moment there is a free space on the driveway but if this becomes unavailable then there is plenty of free parking along the road. Garage only for bikes. Finally, my 10y old son stays with me for few days a week (but he's no trouble).
