Built with sustainability in mind, the hut features sustainably sourced wood, painted with eco-friendly Farrow & Ball paints, and a preloved kitchen with a deep butler’s sink, dining table, and vintage church chairs.

The bathroom is stylish and luxurious with a Swadling Invincible Shower, a marble sink bowl with brass taps, and Ted Baker Paradise tiles .

Relax on the plush bench seat overlooking the patio, where the soft sound of a fountain enhances the tranquil atmosphere, or catch your favorite shows on the smart TV.

Conveniently located, the beach, train station, and Asda are less than a 15-minute walk away, and the town center is just a 10-minute bus ride or a leisurely 25-minute stroll along the seafront or Christchurch Road.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas oven, fridge freezer, and a large butler sink. Free on-street parking is available just outside the property, and you'll also have access to the washing machine and dryer in the main house.
