Bright Double - whole flat a lot of the time

Furniture is now removed, but shelves remain. Lots of built in storage.

The flat is located just off the West Cliff Green (great park with amazing sea view to Old Harry Rocks and over to Hengistbury Head) and only 3 minutes walk to the Durley Chine beach. It’s also only 10 minutes walk into the centre of town, 7 mins walk from the Triangle and lots of buses. It's an amazing location to live in!

The pictures are quite deceptive, it is an incredibly spacious flat and has a very homely feel like proportions more like a house than a flat. There is a huge lounge, shared kitchen and bathroom.

Kitchen has induction hob, fridge, oven and grill and a small freezer.

The flat is on the third floor, you can see the sea if you lean out the window. The room itself is super bright, has a bed but the furniture in the room is now removed, so if you have your own furniture there is space for it. All bills are included including water, council tax, electricity and broadband. There is no gas in the building, there are electric wall mounted heaters but rarely need to be used the flat is very well insulated and warm in winter.

The parking in the lot in front of the flat is first come first served but I always park on the roads around the flat.

I am away quite a lot for my work and also stay at my Dad's for several nights a week. So you will have the flat to yourself around half of the time (or more). I do enjoy a good conversation though but also very respectful of other people's time and space.

I also have a small dog, Lucky, who will be around up to 3 nights a week. She is a friendly little fluffball rescue, so an animal lover is essential.
