The flat is shared with just myself part time - when I'm in town... In reality, you'll very often have the whole flat to yourself.

The whole house has been completely refurbished. New bathrooms, new kitchen(s), new flooring, beds, furniture & desks etc.
The room is bright and spacious (warm in the winter) with lots of natural light from large windows.
It has a double bed, desk, armchair, wardrobe & chest of drawers.
This ground floor flat is self-contained with its own large kitchen, lounge/diner & conservatory, plus direct access to the shared back yard/garden.
The front entrance & rear yard/garden are shared with the first floor flat, occupied by 3 young professional females (25-28).
Both flats are otherwise separate & self-contained, with separate kitchen/diners & bathrooms.
I'm a professional musician with other businesses going on (50), based out of Kent, near London, though, often abroad on contract. I keep the second double bed/office/storage room in the flat for myself when in town... Though, I mostly stay at my Mum's in nearby Southbourne to help & keep her company.
This property is located in Pokesdown, on the outskirts of Southbourne & Boscombe, just off Christchurch Road & almost right next to Kings Park - it is mere minutes walk away from most shops & conveniences, including a late-closing Tesco Express around the corner, as well as Southbourne high street in one direction & Boscombe promenade in the other, with their fair selection of restaurants cafes, bars & many varied shops.
Public transport is great from here.
One minute walk away from a bus stop & 6 minutes from Pokesdown railway station (regular trains west to Bournemouth & Poole - Or east to Ringwood, Salisbury, Southampton & London).
This vacancy is offered to a single, non-smoking professional.
I accept one month's rent and the last month's rent in advance (instead of deposit). All bills and c. tax are covered (Band B), including 24hr, unlimited, 100mbps, fibre, wireless broadband and a bi-weekly cleaner.
You may appreciate that this is not a wild party house but rather a home... Very friendly and casual but where tranquility is a good thing.
