We offer comfortable, welcoming homestay accommodation in our large, clean family home, just a few minutes' walk from Bournemouth University (Talbot Campus), Arts University Bournemouth and all the shops, cafés and amenities in Winton.

As live-in landlords, we take pride in providing a clean, comfortable and well-maintained home. We are friendly, respectful and always happy to help our students settle in. In return, we are looking for clean, tidy and respectful students/lodgers who will enjoy living in a peaceful home.

Our students often stay with us throughout their course, and we welcome both UK and international students. We are also happy to arrange a FaceTime viewing for students applying from overseas.

The room is a spacious, bright, south-facing double, fully furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and table - providing plenty of space to study and relax.

This room has its own private bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower. There is also a shared student kitchen with all kitchen utensils provided.

Available from 16th July 2026 with a minimum stay of one month.

We also have a second room becoming available from 25th July 2026. It has its own en-suite bathroom, making it ideal for friends or classmates wishing to live in the same house while still enjoying their own private facilities.

We are fully insured and hold a valid Landlord Gas Safety Certificate.

One student per room only.
