I am working long hours a few days a week and occasional work from home. I do enjoy the sanctuary of my house and have a relaxing time. The house has a lounge with cable tv, dining room, downstairs loo and full kitchen facility with washer and dryer. Shared bathroom with separate shower and bath. Large garden with various areas to relax and enjoy. There is plenty of road parking but can be busy after 5pm, there is a drive but I use it myself. There property is located near Charminster road, Richmond Park Road and Holdenhurst Road with easy access to public transport/Unibus, and access to local shops and pubs. Walking distance to Queens Park and an 18 minute walk to Bournemouth Train and Coach station. It has high speed wifi facility and a study that can be used occasionally for working from home.
