I have a furnished double room available from Dec 24, 2026 or early. All bills are included.

• Furnished with a bed, Simba mattress, two side tables, a writing desk, a chair, and a wardrobe.
• Additional storage space is available beneath the bed, featuring a hydraulic lift mechanism for easy access.
• Lockable room door with keys provided.

Household & Facilities:
• I occupy the en-suite master bedroom, so you will share a full bathroom with one other tenant.
• Additional downstairs W/C available.
• High-speed broadband internet is included.
• Kitchen appliances include an air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster & washing machine.
• A dedicated kitchen cabinet will be provided for your personal use.

Location & Transport:
• Convenient bus links within walking distance to Bournemouth University, Bournemouth Town Centre, and Wimborne.
