The double room comes with comfy double bed with storage & high quality mattress, bedside table, large double wardrobe, desk and chair, large chest of drawers, medium size chest of drawers, washing basket, wooden carved mirror, lamp, painting and decoration as per photos. 1 mattress protector, 2 pillows with pillow covers, 1 throw are provided. You will have sole access to the main beautifully furnished bathroom. Your bathroom has wall-mounted cabinet fitted with inbuilt LED lights and Bluetooth speakers, wooden bathroom storage, large mirror, bathtub & shower.

Lounge is shared; it has comfy sofa, sofa chair and wooden chair, dining table with chairs, TV, foot stools, decoration as per photo. Sky Broadband / fastest Internet in the area is included.

Flat has a huge kitchen with lot of storage space and all amenities including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, utensils, cutleries, hob, oven, microwave oven, kettle and toaster set, food steamer etc. Kitchen will be shared by us.

Flat is approx 7-8 mins walk from the Bournemouth square , 12 mins walk to Bournemouth beach and pier ; 12 mins walk to Bournemouth station. It is a very central yet peaceful location; victorian villa converted into flats with surrounding beautiful mature gardens within secure-gated community. Very close to Meyrick park and Richmond roundabout. Walkable distance to the beach, supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants. Tesco express is available in 8 mins walk and Asda within 13 mins walk.

Double Room is available for a professional male / female who is tidy and clean; keeps the kitchen and shared lounge clean after use; no parties as it is a very quiet residential area. Viewing is highly recommended to appreciate the flat’s beauty, location and peaceful surroundings.
