Bright Double Room Short or Long Let’s Available

Hi,
We’re offering this bright sunny large double room. I am happy to consider short let’s also longer let’s for people looking to settle in the area.

The house is shared by myself, a male family friend and a male lodger. I occasionally have my son‘s dog visiting.
So you will have to be a dog lover.

We’re located on the boarders of Southbourne and Pokesdown, just off Christchurch Road. A few minutes walk away from local shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a CrossFit gym across the road.

Public transport links are excellent from here. Pokesdown railway station and a bus stop is three minutes walk.
All bills are covered, including wireless broadband.

The room will suit a single person.
It has a king size bed (Fresh duvet and bedding can be supplied)
Free standing roll top bath, large
mirrored wardrobe. A desk and chair can also be supplied.
