Parking available. Close to town centre, and in walking distance of Bournemouth train station, and local bus routes.

A £115 deposit is required upfront if you want me to hold the room for you. (I will hold the room for no more than 2 weeks)

Ideal for students at the Lansdowne BU, or full time working professional.

Sorry there is nowhere to keep a bicycle.

Must like dogs as I have two!

I am not able to accept home workers, smokers, children, nightshift workers, couples, or pets at this property.
