I’m self-employed working in the music industry — friendly, down-to-earth, and a mix of introvert and extrovert. I often work from home and value peace, cleanliness, and mutual respect. The flat is a creative, cosy, calm, and comfortable place to live. It’s well looked after — not a party flat, just a lovely space with good energy

Looking for:
Someone friendly, clean/hygienic, tidy, and respectful, who genuinely takes pride in where they live. You don't work from home (Mon–Fri...although the odd day is fine), are up for the occasional dinner or beach walk, but also value personal space. Just basic consideration and shared standards.
