I have a beautiful furnished double room available in my bright, unique Grade II listed flat in central Bournemouth. Just one road from the beach, tucked away on a quiet leafy street, and 10 minutes from the station.

All bills included (council tax, gas, electric, water, broadband, service charge) plus gated parking.

The room has a double bed with storage drawers, a high-quality, extremely comfortable mattress, mid-century furniture (chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp, mirror), clothes rack, rug and artwork, with loads of natural light.

The flat itself has high ceilings, wooden floors, sash windows, and is filled with plants, unique furniture and art – a genuinely special space to live. There’s a bath/shower, washing machine, sound system, TV, a meditation/yoga area with piano, and access to a lovely communal garden.

I work in music, mostly from home but travel often. I’m friendly and down to earth with a good sense of humour. I really value my space. I like the flat kept clean, calm and with good energy. It’s not a party place...those days are over ;)

Looking for someone easy-going and respectful, who values personal space, good hygiene and a tidy home. Ideally not working from home full-time. Up for the odd beach walk, pub quiz or dinner, but also happy doing your own thing.
