Stunning Grade II Beach Apt w/Dbl inc. Bills/Pking

I’m going away for a few months or so and looking to rent out my large, furnished double room in my bright, beautiful, Grade II listed flat in central Bournemouth. It’s one road back from the beach, on a quiet leafy street, and 10 minutes from the station.

All bills are included (council tax, gas, electric, water, broadband, service charge), plus private gated parking.

My room has a king size bed with a really comfortable mattress, rattan furniture, lots of storage, a large clothing rail, large mirror, artwork and loads of natural light.

The flat has high ceilings, wooden floors and sash windows, and is filled with plants, art and one-off furniture. It’s a genuinely special space to live. There’s a bath/shower, washing machine, sound system, TV, a meditation/yoga space with a piano, and access to a lovely communal garden.

You’d be sharing with my lovely housemate, who is kind, considerate and easy going. She works as a chef, so isn’t home much during the day.
