The room is newly decorated with large bay windows. Furnished with a single bed and mattress, large double wardrobe, desk and chair, bed side table, lamp, and 2 under bed storage drawers.
All bills included.

I am ideally looking for a long-term let but am open to discussing short term of 3 months upwards.

Current household consists of 2 female adults - both working. We are very friendly and looking for someone who is easy going and tidy.

The house is situated on Winston Road - within walking distance to Asda Westway (Castle Lane West), Winton high street, and only a short drive/bus ride to Castlepoint Shopping Centre, Bournemouth Hospital and JP Morgan.

You will have full access to the large living/dining room, kitchen, upstairs bathroom, downstairs toilet and garden. There is space for one car on the driveway but plenty of parking available on the road.

We politely ask for no enquires from males, students, couples or professionals working from home.
