Accomodation offer includes shared access of kitchen for simple cooking and utility access ; a shared access of lounge for dining/when required; and exclusive/own use of bathroom.

No allocated parking space for a car provided. (Secure space available for a motorbike/bicycle if required).

References required, and a holding deposit of £200 will be required. 1 month advance rent, plus 1 month deposit (minus holding deposit) payable on move-in.
