Double Room is available in a two bedroom quiet flat for a FEMALE student who is looking for a short term temporary accommodation ( weekly basis, 6 weeks max - as the flat will take renovation which need vacant situation at the end of June). The flat will be shared with another female flatmate.
It is situated in a nice and quiet location, around 7 to 10 minutes walk to Bournemouth town center along the beautiful Bourne valley. The flat itself is facing the golf resort and so very quiet.
It is fully furnished and all bills ( Broadband, Council tax, water, gas, electric) included. There is off road parking and bus stop is just 2 minute walking distance.
The Double room has built-in wardrobe, a double bed with orthopedic mattress, bedside drawers, and a computer desk.
Toilet is beside the room and it has shower over bath.
Kitchen includes all utilities including oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge and freezer.
The current flatmate is a professional working at Bournemouth University, who is responsible, quiet, and friendly.
