A lovely bungalow close to aub and the town is not to far away either by bus or car . Local shops dotted around newsagent chip shop etc .

The uni student we currently have will be returning home as she has completed her masters so the room will be available but we don't have an exact date as yet but she will be leaving in aug at some point but if you are interested I can give notice as uni will have finished .

we have 2 garden areas one with a pond and art studio and the other a small patio suntrap .

Our 24 year old son lives and works as a graffiti and fine art illustrator from the bungalow with his art studio in the garden hut .He lives with jackson our 8year old soppy loving cockerspaniel .

The room we have is a generous small double room available fully furnished with opening doors out onto the garden .
The room comes with parking if needed . The bungalow has a beautiful kitchen and newly fitted modern bathroom , a cosy lounge with Woodburner numerous sofas and the vibe is very calming with plenty of plants and art around the house .

Our son is an artist and works part time from home and the other times he's working in town or out on a project .he is quiet but likes to play his decks but is considerate of course .

We are looking for a young working professional or a uni student or someone who possibly wants week day living
( fyi I do pop home to tend the garden use the washing machine and to see my lad ...just so you know )
Couples excepted but the price will need to be altered and we can discuss that on your enquiry otherwise all other bills are included.
