We have three double bedrooms in total, and one room is now available for £800/month, including bills. The room shares a modern, clean bathroom with one other person.

The living room is large and perfect for relaxing, with a projector for movie nights and access to a private terrace – ideal for a morning coffee or catching some evening sun.

There’s also a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of storage space, two private garage parking spaces, secure bike storage and fast Wi-Fi.

The flat is managed through an agency, so the tenancy is properly organised and maintenance is responsive.

About us

We're Fran and Sidd, both 30, and we're looking for a friendly new flatmate to join us!

Fran is originally from Spain and works full-time as an aerospace engineer. He's been living in the flat for three years and absolutely loves it, so he's staying put. Sidd is originally from India and works as a Senior Marketing Strategist.

We've been living together with our current flatmate, Will, for the past year, but he's now moving to Australia to start a new adventure, so we're looking for someone to take his room.

Outside work, we enjoy running, going to the gym and watching football and films (the projector definitely gets some use!). We like keeping the flat clean, relaxed and sociable, and we're always up for a chat, dinner together or the occasional movie night.

We're looking for a friendly, like-minded professional, ideally aged around 24–34, who wants a comfortable home with a good balance of socialising and personal space.

This isn't a party flat – it's a place where everyone can feel at home, keep things tidy and enjoy living together.
