Double bedroom chilled home

I have a furnished double bedroom available in a Victorian terrace in a three bedroom house. I have just moved to the area from London and have a little dog.

About the room
Its a double with traditional Victorian wooden flooring and south east facing which will get a nice bit of sunshine in the morning into the afternoon. Includes a double bed, chest of draws and wardrobe at the moment but quite flexible with requests (the video shows a clothes rail but I have just swoped this out for a wardrobe).

There's a living room and separate dining room. Along with a separate kitchen and bathroom including a free standing roll top bath (bathroom is downstairs which is pretty typically for these period properties). Plenty of additional storage if you need it in the shed or attic. The garden is spacious and enclosed. With on street parking.

Bills included: gas, electric, water, internet.

I'm flexible about the length of time you'd like to stay and move in date happy to discuss.

About the area
Pokesdown has a lovely community feel. Lots of antique shops, cafes and restaurants close by. Southbourne is a 10 minutes walk and the beach about 15 minutes down a nature path. Bus stops and train station about 5 minutes walk away.

About me
I'm quite a chilled person. I work from home most of the time although will be in London one day a week for work. I do stay in London fairly often so you will have the place to your self sometimes.

I practice yoga and meditation quite often and like to get out on hikes and go to festivals. Evenings are usually chill with a glass of wine and a movie.

This is a relaxed, inclusive home and I’d be best suited to sharing with female or LGBTQ+ friendly housemates
