Large double room in quiet road with driveway

Hi,

I will be staying at the property 1/2 nights a week only usually around weekends meaning the other nights of the week will have the house shared between 2 lodgers.
I am looking for two easy-going professional housemates who needs a nice and friendly place to live.

I have one fully furnished, bright, and newly refurbished double room available. All bills are included (gas, electricity, council tax, internet etc) and we also have 200mb+ superfast broadband, Netflix HD etc.

The house is close to castlepoint, hospital and jp Morgan. There's a wardrobe, several cabinets and storage available under the beds in each room. There's also plenty of storage around the house if you need more. Alternatively there's a spare desk that can be added to either room if needed. Outside the house, there is a driveway, garage and plenty of off road parking too.

I work away in the week meaning that I would only be present at the house for half the week at most. There is a toilet with shower upstairs and a toilet downstairs that could be split between the two lodgers. The conservatory is very nice in the summer too.
