I have a spare room available in a lovely 2 bed, first floor flat in Westbourne. It’s a beautiful space, bright and airy, with a sunny balcony and a garage. Great semi open plan layout, clean and comfortable.
The location is great, 5 mins walk to Westbourne centre, 15 mins walk to the triangle, 15 mins walk to middle chine beach.
The room comes furnished, with a double bed, large wardrobe, under bed storage and a shelving unit. Happy for you to put additional things in here if you would like!
All bills are included (water, gas, electric and broadband).
There is unrestricted on street parking just 5 mins walk, or on street parking directly outside is plentiful but time restricted in the day time.
Looking for someone to share the space with, who is happy to be social but also happy to have their own space. I’m quite busy so am in and out a lot!
