I’m a 39-year-old female live-in landlord, mainly working from home, with two indoor cats. I value a clean, relaxed home environment and in my spare time I like socialising & working out, but equally love a chilled night in with the cats or pottering about in the garden when the weather allows.

Looking for:

A friendly, communicative, non-smoking professional or final-year student who is happy doing their own thing but also enjoys a cuppa/glass of wine & natter from time to time.

Not looking for couples, but I am comfortable with a long-term partner staying over the same number of nights that you stay over at theirs, in any one week.
