Large room in a spacious 2 bed property

Hey 👋 I'm renewing the ad as unfortunately had a last minute cancel!

I have a really nice place to share in a location close to town, Uni, train station and the beach. It's a large 2 bed flat with nice big rooms, tall celings and seperate bathrooms and washing room.

We have off road parking and live in a semi detached place with no noise from neighbours.

Ive shared with another female up to now, the dynamic has worked very well and encouraged it to be a peaceful and tranquil home. You are welcome to meet my previous flatmate and ask her any questions too.

I work full time from home, it wouldn't suit somebody doing the same. Sorry!

I'm very chilled, I'm friendly and would like to share my home with somebody similar. We've spent a lot of effort making this a comfortable home and hope you enjoy it too :)
