Large room in a spacious 2 bed property

Hey 👋 I'm Adam,

I have a really nice place to share in a very location close to town, Uni, train station and the beach. It's a 2 bed flat (technically 3 but the other room isnt used) with nice big rooms, tall celings and seperate bathrooms and washing room.

We're very lucky with how much we pay for what we get, its semi-detached with off road parking and your own toilet.

I would like to invite a new person to join me, my current flatmate is leaving to relocate with work. A female/male dynamic has worked very well and encouraged it to be a peaceful and tranquil home, I would consider another male but my preference is to continue sharing with another female. You are welcome to meet my previous flatmate and ask her any questions too.

I work full time from home, it wouldn't suit somebody doing the same. Sorry!

I'm very chilled, I'm friendly and open and would like to share my home with somebody similar. I like going for adventures like holidays, trips, festivals and such. After work i like playing games, watching a film or going to the gym.
