Large room in a spacious and comfortable home

Hey 👋 I'm Adam,

I have a really nice place to share in a very location close to town, Uni, train station and the beach. It's a 2 bed flat (technically 3 but the other room isnt used) with nice big rooms, tall celings and seperate bathrooms and washing room.

We're very lucky with this place and would like to invite a new person to join me, my current flatmate is leaving to relocate with work, she has been here a few years and sad to leave! We have a great dynamic and have created a relaxing place to call a home, and feel that a male/female dynamic works best for harmony. While I'm not a boring old square, this isn't a party house, we both work full time and come back to unwind in a comfortable space.

I'm very chilled, I tend to get on with most people I meet 😁 I like going for adventures like holidays, trips, festivals and such. After work i like playing games or watching a film, meeting up with friends & playing football, slight nerdy streak haha.
