Double room with en-suite available ASAP.

I own my flat and have a spare room available, so I wanted to help someone out who may need it. The room is spacious, with a double bed, walk-in wardrobe and the main bathroom next door to it, which has a bath with overhead shower, sink and toilet (I have an en-suite so wouldn’t be using it). There is also a very big chest of drawers with 6 drawers. I work Monday to Friday in Poole, so I’m not around during the weekday days, and tend to have plans over the weekends too. It’s located on a quiet road in Bournemouth and is within walking distance to the town centre, beaches and train station, plus there is free parking on the road outside the property, that doesn’t require a permit. All bills are included in the price. There are no pets in the property (though I’m known to be a crazy cat lady 🤣).
