Double Furnished Room with own Shower Room

Quiet gay friendly household looking for female lodger 21+. We have two cats so no pets allowed. The kitchen and lounge is shared use and there is free use of the garden. Parking is available on the road in quiet cul de sac.

The room comes furnished and there is a space for an item of your own furniture or a desk can be sourced if required. Private use of shower room with toilet.

There is a washing machine and dishwasher located in kitchen and tumble dryer located in an out building.

There is a large garden with two patio areas and seating. One area is mainly in the shade and the other gets lots of sunshine.

About us

We are not a couple and enjoy our own space. We have two cats, one of which is very shy but still likes a bit of love. The other is an outside cat who only shows up for food.

We work as a barista and charity worker so sometimes leave the house early and late but we do try to be quiet when doing so.

We sometimes hang out but enjoy and respect our own space and when others are using communal areas.

About you

You’re an employed professional/mature student looking for a medium to long commitment, a place you can call home with love and respect. You enjoy the company of others but also respect when others in the house need to sleep. You’re not a clean freak but equally you clean up after yourself.

You like animals and while they are in no way your responsibility, you are happy to occasionally feed/make a fuss of them when others are away or unable to.
