1 bedroom flat in a 2 bed flat

Hey there! I’m looking for someone to take over my room for the next 5 months (until November) as I’m going to be working away.

The Room:
It’s a lovely double bedroom, fully furnished and ready to move in.

I have a really nice double bed which I only bought last December, so it’s fairly new and super comfortable!
There are also three really nice, fancy chest of drawers included. I am happy to leave all of them here for you, but since they are my personal items, I’m asking for a small price for them – just so I don’t lose out on everything.

The Situation:
We are on a shared lease together with my flatmate (female 27). You would be taking over my spot to see out the remaining time until November.

• Duration: Minimum term is until November.

• Staying longer? If you love it and want to stay after that, you would just renew the lease directly with my flatmate – that’s totally up to you guys!

Cost & Bills:
You will just pay my share of the rent and bills directly. It’s a straightforward setup.

The Vibe:
My flatmate is really easy-going, clean, and friendly. We are looking for someone respectful, tidy, and good to live with.
