Looking for a chill new flatmate; as our 3rd is moving out to buy a house.

We are (20) and (21) apprentices/ students working whilst studying for BSc's. Ideally we'd like to share with a young student/ professional (M/F both welcome) someone clean, quiet and personable. We're both super relaxed+ friendly splitting our time between: Work, study, gym, basketball, cycling, going-out and travelling.

We love the place + want to keep if for entire duration of our program (2028). Moving in date is 01 Aug 26 (we're flexible). * LEGAL DISCLAIMER: We DON'T own the flat + are simply advertising here. Hence formal contract+ rent payment to be agreed directly with Agent. Once agreed, you'll be added you to the rental agreement contract with estate agent as a 3rd tenant (deposit required).
