Spacious double room and bathroom

Hey! If you’re a professional needing a new home, I’d love for you to check out my flat, five mins from bournemouth beach.

I live with my cat Milo, in a gated, really spacious, sunny two-bed flat. This has been my home for the last 5 years (3 years for Milo) so we’re well set up here and should have most of what you need.

The flat is located in the town centre (BH1) which is great as everything is walking distance (beach, shops, train station). And there’s parking, so if you’ve got a car there’s a secure place to keep it. Plus one spare guest permit.

The room itself is a decent double. There’s a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers - ignore the random table and chairs in the pictures.

You will also have your own bathroom. It’s the ‘family’ bathroom for the flat so guests will use it too. But I have an en-suite so won’t need it.

What else to say… best part of living here is there’s no noisy neighbours, everyone’s really friendly. The property grounds also have some nice gardens so there’s lots of greenery. Oh and we’ve got a south-facing balcony so we get the sun 🙌
