Large double bedroom on quiet road

Hi,

There is a large double room to rent in this quiet 3 bedroom house close to Castlepoint and Bournemouth hospital.

The house benefits from two bathrooms, a conservatory, dining room and lounge. This room suits a working professional or someone studying at a local university. The road itself is extremely quiet and respectful with great transport links.

There is also a driveway for parking with lots of free off road parking on the road too.

I usually stay in the property one or two nights a week around weekends to carry out any maintenance and enjoy the beach! I work away in the week.
All bills are included (gas, electricity, council tax, internet etc) and we also have 200mb+ superfast broadband, Netflix HD etc.

The house is close to castlepoint, hospital and jp Morgan. There's a wardrobe, several cabinets and storage available under the beds in each room. There's also plenty of storage around the house if you need more..
